The Emily Dickinson Review 投稿規程
日本エミリィ・ディキンスン学会1. 内容： エミリィ・ディキンスンに関する未発表の研究論文とする。全国大会等で口頭発表した場合は、その旨注記すること。
2. 投稿資格： 会員以外の応募も受け付ける。ただし、掲載時には会員でなければならない。
3. 文字数： 日本語の場合はA4サイズを用い、8,000～12,000字程度。英文シノプシス500語程度を添付すること。英語の場合はA4サイズ、ダブルスペース、5,000～7,000語程度。
4. 体裁： 注、引用文献は文末におくものとする。日本語、英語いずれの場合も、論文の書式はMLA Handbook の最新版に準拠すること（注1）。
5. 提出方法： 論文はMSワード文書ファイルにして電子メールの添付形式で編集局へ送ること。2週間たっても受領の返信が無い場合、再連絡を取ること。
6. 投稿時の注意： 投稿論文とは別の添付ページに投稿者の氏名、所属、住所、電話番号、emailアドレスが書いてあるものを提出すること。論文には氏名を入れず、匿名性が保たれるようにすること。また、提出後、編集部から加筆・修正を求められることがある。

8. 審査： 応募原稿は審査委員会により掲載の可否を決定し、編集局より1月中旬までに本人に通知する。

Make sure to provide full contact information on a separate title page: name, institution, address, phone number and email address. Do not write your name anywhere in the paper itself, and compose your text in such a way that it does not compromise anonymity in the review process. If you do not receive any confirmation from the editorial office for two weeks after submission, please contact the office again. The review result will be notified to the submitter by the end of the year.
